2025-2026 Sports Registration Dates
Fall Sports registration begins on Monday July 21st and ends on Friday August 15th. No registrations after 8/15 will be accepted due to medical sign off deadlines.
Recenllty Arbister bought out rSchools so we will again have a new registration system. Thankfully not much as changed excpet you WILL BE REQUIRED to upload the MEDICAL ELIGIBILTY PAGE of the physical packet linked below even if we have it on file already. These forms did not roll over. You will NOT however be required to fill out and upload a 90 HHU form each season. These questions are part of the registration now. - All sign off forms will be completed on the registration system except for the Medical Eligibility Form signed by your family physician.
- The Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Medical Eligibility Form must be uploaded to the new registration system by the deadlines noted. Without this form completed, signed and approved by the school physician, your child cannot participate/tryout in any sport.

Athletic fee paid per sport per student.
All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration on Arbiter, a link will be provided to My Payments Plus at the end of the registration process. All fees must be paid prior to tryouts or a student will not be permitted to tryout. If a student does not make a team and chooses not to switch to a non-tryout sport, fees will be refunded within two weeks of tryouts ending.

Sports Calendars
We currently use Activity Scheduler. You will need to download the app after registration. Please be sure to add your cell phone as well as your students (if applicable) and your carrier to receive text alerts. This app will also have the dtaes for tryouts, game and practice schedules, locations and rosters for all teams.

DIRECTIONS to Home and Away events
Every effort has been made to accurately reflect the schedules and directions for games and meets. However, in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen changes, please be sure to download the Activity Scheduler App. We have added locations for away games as well as early dismissal times if applicable.
Transportation : Parents must provide transportation:
Ø To and from all athletics at Meadowridge and Piping Rock [practices, games and/or meets]
Ø To and from all away games and tournaments*
Ø To and from all All-Star games/meets
